On a lark, I e-mailed Jimmy last year to send my best wishes and encourage him to tour and come to Cleveland, OH where he had many fans. Jimmy graciously wrote back several times and encouraged me to stay in touch. I was so thrilled to to hear from such a talented guy. Bless you JCB, the Indian of the group.
R.I.P. J.C.B. - the indian of the group.
JCB - wish you were back home - we missed you the past decade or so. Now you are off on another adventure. Thanks for the friendship when we all seemed to relocate to albuquerque at the same time - el paso still sucks.

all my best - rest in peace..............WHERES MY WAITRESS?!?!?!
You inspired many and your talents will be missed.
You'r be jamming with Frank now, thanks for the music, RIP Jimmy
sending this on behalf of my friend Buddy in El Paso, Tx who is a good friend of his son....Rest in Peace my Friend and know that now there is no pain..You will be missed greatly by not only family but friends and fans alike.
I'm so sorry about Jimmy's passing. I remember him telling me - while at the Garrick Theater in The Village in 1967 - that he had lost a Jesus look-alike contest because his hair was too long. He was a funny guy and very tallented. We will miss him.
RIP Jimmy, your music will live on...
Bless ya Jimmy Carl Black. Will tip a quart of beer to you.
