Jimmy,

Just another note that I will always remember.
45 years ago when i was only twelve years old
in my neighbourhood in the centre of amsterdam.
there was a guy walking with the absolutely free
album on his arm. I just bought a rolling stones
album. I take a look at his album. the mothers ?
what a bunch of people. that day music chaned my
life when I HEARD THE FIRST NOTES. it wasn''t
frank . I t was mother Jimmy. I always remember him. rest in peace mate.
Hi Jim,

Thanx for being the indian in the group.
there was only one mother in the band and that
was you . Thanx so much for we're only in it
for the money. You were a magic drummer.
have a party with Frank, take a couple of beers
and give a free concert when I meet you in rock and roll heaven. peace, my friend
Thanks Jimmy for the good times!!! I will miss you . But you will Live forever in my Music Room
I met Jimmy with The Grandmothers in Utrecht in februari 1994, a few months after Frank died. We had an interesting conversation, but a sweet young thing distracted him after a while.
Now I just found out that he died.
He did get his beer, but I don't think he got paid...
Wouldn't ya know it...I go looking for ya and you have left the planet!!! There should be some good music in the spheres though..I will remember our breif friendship and thanks for encouraging me with my own music in New Mexico....waaaaay back when.......sail on Jimmy...sail on
Some people dont die, they become enchanted.
Jimmy,

I never knew you personally....but your music always brought a smile to my face. It was an honor to share the same planet for awhile. Peace to you.
